Tá Comhpháirtíocht Spóirt na Gaillimhe ag iarraidh Comhordaitheoir um Mol Oileán Gníomhach a fhostú chun forbairt Mhol Spóirt & Gníomhaíochta Coirp na nOileán Gníomhach a éascú, d'Oileáin Árann, d’Inis Bó Finne, agus do na ceantair máguaird. Is éard a bheidh i gceist leis an bpost seo ná an mol a fhorbairt i gcomhpháirtíocht leis an bpobal áitiúil agus plean cuimsitheach a chur i bhfeidhm chun cláir inbhuanaithe a chur chun cinn, a mhealladh agus a fhorbairt agus chun na tairiscintí le haghaidh Caitheamh Aimsire Lasmuigh sna ceantair seo a mhéadú.

Ní mór don iarrthóir a bheith ina chainteoir Gaeilge líofa.

Beidh an-spéis ag an iarrthóir rathúil i gcaitheamh aimsire/spóirt/gníomhaíocht fhisiciúil amuigh faoin aer agus i bhforbairt pobail agus buntáiste ag baint le taithí ar obair sna réimsí seo.

Beidh láncheadúnas tiomána agus a n-iompar féin acu freisin.

Tairgfear conradh téarma seasta 3 bliana ar dtús don iarrthóir rathúil. Is é an tuarastal ná €30,000 in aghaidh na bliana.

Galway Sports Partnership

Galway Sports Partnership is seeking to engage an Active Islands Hub Co- Ordinator to facilitate the development of the Active Islands Sport & Physical Activity Hub, for the Aran Islands, Inishbofin, and the surrounding areas. This post will be to develop the hub in partnership with the local community and to implement a comprehensive plan to promote, attract and develop sustainable programmes and increase the offerings for Outdoor Recreation in these areas.

The candidate will need to be a fluent Irish speaker.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in outdoor recreation/sports/physical activity and community development with experience of working in these areas an advantage.

They will also have a full driving licence and their own transport.

An initial 3-year fixed term contract will be offered to the successful candidate. The salary will be €30,000 per annum.
